Certifications have three levels (per Quarter, 10 of 12 weeks; per Year 3 of 4 quarters, Master if teaching per Quarter).
All Certifications can be used in any promotion of self and all research is available as open-source and only copyrighted to make sure it is not altered.

ACCURACY AND CLARITY EVALUATION:
Accuracy is how much the Intuitive's insight is consistent with the known facts.
Clarity is how much the Intuitive's insight is consistent with the consensus (this helps confirm tips that can not be confirmed by facts).

 QUANTUM INTUITION PROGRAM GIVEN TO AUTHORITIES AS GIFT:
***We are preparing now the very professional package with research to apply the Quantum Intuition process to the forensic tips and clues that the authorities to assist them in analyzing consistencies in those.  A friend of CF is packaging the Quantum Intuition process as a program on a CD to be sent to all authorities as a gift.  This should further assist CF in establishing credibility for intuitive tips.
